Super Rare Games is coming to PlayStation!

Starting with Flynn: Son of Crimson, Source of Madness, and The Touryst on June 22nd!

We are beyond thrilled to announce our expansion to PlayStation™ limited physical publishing! Super Rare Games has been bringing the most exclusive offering of the very best indie games to Nintendo Switch™ since 2018 and now we are excited to bring the same quality products to players on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.

To start things off big, we will be bringing three of our previous Switch physical releases to PlayStation: Flynn: Son of Crimson (PS4), The Touryst (PS4), and Source of Madness (PS4/PS5).

A total of 2,000 copies will be printed of each version, meaning 4,000 total for Source of Madness, which will go on sale on June 22nd at 6pm BST (10am PDT/1pm EDT) - available worldwide exclusively at superraregames.com.

We are committed to offering the same quality products on PlayStation we have offered on Nintendo Switch for so many years. Our limited physical PlayStation releases come with the game printed on the disc, a full-colour manual, interior artwork, an exclusive sticker, and a slipcover. Flynn: Son of Crimson, The Touryst, and Source of Madness are expected to ship in August.

FAQs

Q: How much will the games cost? A: All of our PlayStation releases, regardless of whether on PS4 or PS5, will be priced at £29 + tax. Q: Will the releases be numbered? A: Similar to our Nintendo Switch physicals, our PlayStation releases will be numbered with both PS4 and PS5 releases being numbered separately, e.g. Source of Madness will be PS4#3 but PS5#1. This allows our collectors to keep track of their collections with ease. Q: How many copies will be released? A: 2,000 copies of each game per platform. Q: Will all titles release on both PS4 and PS5? A: No. This is due to reasons varying from contracts to game availability. Q: What is included in the PlayStation physical releases? A: The game printed on the disc, a full-colour manual, interior artwork, an exclusive sticker, and a slipcover. Please note that trading cards will not be included with our PS-line of releases!

ABOUT FLYNN: SON OF CRIMSON (PS4)

From Studio Thunderhorse and Humble Games comes Flynn: Son of Crimson.
