Game Customization Leader PLITCH Launches Blog Series

Since the dawn of time, human beings have been enthralled with the idea of telling stories, and the way in which we tell stories has changed throughout history. From The Odyssey and The Shawshank Redemption to Assassin's Creed Odyssey and Red Dead Redemption, gaming has quickly become a premier storytelling medium.

Today, the team at MegaDev, driven by their love for storytelling, is pleased to announce the launch of their new Blog Series, which features whimsical tales, tips and tricks, and so much more, all focused on how PLITCH helps gaming be the best that it can be.

Difficult enemies can often get in the way of enjoying a game’s story, and perhaps no enemy is as famously difficult as Dark Souls’ The Nameless King. We have an entry on how using difficulty altering codes such as ‘god mode’ can make even the toughest challenge achievable. But good storytelling in video games isn’t strictly narratively tied, and sometimes it’s overcoming the most harrowing challenges that make for the best story. Enter the Nightmare Cheats which make even the toughest foes more of a challenge by reducing a player’s XP or Level rank. PLITCH also has a blog that details how certain codes can give aspiring esports pros the same benefit as high altitude training gives to traditional athletes.

We’re not going to reveal all of the blogs here, but stay tuned to https://www.plitch.com/en for the latest storytelling releases, and let us know if there’s any topic that you want to see explored.

PLITCH lets you skip the frustration and get right into the single-player experiences that you love through its ever-expanding library of game customization codes. There are over 2,700 games supported, including modern favorites like Valheim and Cyberpunk 2077 as well as classics like Star Wars - Empire at War and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3.
